Mcpe far lands village

Went and downloaded map of far lands mcpe and found a village in the middle of the ocean. I can fly through blocks,  chunks are separated by lines,  and I get LAG. And more LAG. Screenshots below.

    Impossible to place blocks but I can break and throw eggs! :D
